At Minuba, we know that digitising your business is a significant decision. Therefore, as a new customer, you can choose Minuba's satisfaction guarantee for your starter package, so you can feel secure in your decision to use Minuba.
With Minuba's satisfaction guarantee you can, from the day we send your order confirmation and 2 months onwards, cancel your purchase.
When your chosen satisfaction guarantee expires after 2 months, the prepaid subscription can no longer be refunded.
Your satisfaction guarantee includes refund of:
- Subscription for all created user licenses
- Purchased courses that not been held
Your satisfaction guarantee does not include refund of:
- Start-up packages including activities etc. that has been held
- Acquired courses that have been held
- Driving to/from which has been used
Subscription info
Minuba is a subscription-based product. The subscription to Minuba is prepaid for the subscription period you choose. To make it safe and easy for you to get started with Minuba, we offer you additional security in addition to your satisfaction guarantee - namely a shorter subscription period of only 6 months.
When you choose to extend your subscription, the minimum prepaid subscription period is 12 months. If you choose to prepay for a longer period, you will receive a bigger discount the longer period you choose.
You can choose between:
- 12 months prepaid (default)
- 18 months prepaid (10% discount)
- 24 months prepaid (15% off)
During the first subscription period, you have the option of choosing 6 months prepaid.
