Invoicing has never been simpler! Minuba automatically creates a draft invoice when an order is approved.
The invoice draft updates as the work sheet is completed, ensuring that everything recorded on the project is included in the invoice. Additionally, extra work can be invoiced separately.
When the order is complete, you’re ready to approve the invoice and send it to your customer. The invoice can be sent via email or EAN, depending on whether your customer is a private individual, business, or public sector entity. You can also send the invoice from one Minuba user to another.
You can find your invoice draft on the work sheet under “invoice” in the visual workflow (the arrow) or in the main menu.
